OTTAWA (June 7, 2017) – Announced today as part of CTV’s fall schedule reveal, CTV NEWS OTTAWA expands its local news programming this fall with the addition of an early-evening newscast, CTV NEWS AT FIVE. Featuring unique weekday broadcasts highlighting the biggest news from across the National Capital Region, CTV NEWS AT FIVE begins this fall, and leads into Ottawa’s #1 source for live, local, breaking news, CTV NEWS AT SIX, to further bolster CTV News’ commitment to local news coverage.

CTV Ottawa joins the six CTV stations already delivering CTV NEWS AT FIVE (CTV Vancouver, CTV Calgary, CTV Red Deer, CTV Edmonton, CTV Lethbridge, and CTV Atlantic). With today’s nationwide announcement, the following local stations will also add 5 p.m. newscasts to their lineups this fall:
