TORONTO (December 18, 2017) – Prime Minister Justin Trudeau answers questions from Canadians in the CTV special TOP 10 WITH THE PM, a unique sit-down interview with CTV News’ Chief Anchor and Senior Editor Lisa LaFlamme, airing Friday, Dec. 29 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CTV, the CTV News GO app, and CTVNews.ca. The year-end, hour-long interview special features the Prime Minister addressing the Top 10 defining issues on the minds of Canadians as 2017 comes to a close.
In the lead-up to the interview, CTV News viewers submitted thousands of questions for the Prime Minister via CTVNews.ca.

TOP 10 WITH THE PM marks the 50th anniversary of CTV’s year-end interview with the Prime Minister, which has been an annual tradition since the network’s first interview with Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson in 1967. Since then, successive Canadian Prime Ministers have shared their perspective on the year gone by and their hopes for the future in hour-long special presentations.
Encore presentations of TOP 10 WITH THE PM air on Saturday, Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. ET on CTV Two, and on Monday, Jan. 1 at 12 noon ET on CTV.
